Tender Writer ACT: Where to Find Opportunities

Tender Writing Services
Got that "can't lose" tender you need to respond to?
Putting that onto paper in a way a government evaluator understands is a different skill though, and it's usually the one that decides who wins. That's where we come in.
“If you think hiring an expert is expensive, wait until you have to add up the costs of hiring an amateur.”
The process
A tender lands on your desk, and you send it over to us. We'll read it properly, then let you know exactly what's involved: the timeline, the fixed fee, and what we'll need from you along the way.
It's a conversation, not a black box. We start with a kick-off call to map out the win strategy and work out what raw material we'll need from you. You supply the substance: your systems, your numbers, your people, your track record, and we shape it into a response while you keep running your business.
Your draft comes back with real time to review it, not the night before close. We check in as often as the tender needs, and a little more in that final week.
When it's ready, we send it to you ready to submit. Or if you prefer, we can submit it for you, so you can relax knowing it's done.
You won't need to learn procurement language, or spend hours guessing what an evaluator wants to hear. That's the part we've spent learning, including time spent on the other side of the table ourselves, scoring bids as evaluators.
A common misconception
Most businesses are genuinely good at what they do, which is exactly why it feels like they should be able to write their own tenders too.
It isn't really about capability though. It's more about bandwidth, and a specific kind of knowledge you've simply never needed before. There's no reason you should have to learn it now, under deadline, on top of everything else running the business involves.
The engagement
A tender fee isn't a bet on one contract alone. Three things come out of every engagement, whatever the result.
Written to the standard evaluators are trained to score well.
So you can see what a genuinely strong response looks like for next time.
Content your business can draw on again, with or without us.
At the end of the process with us, you leave with a library of quality, reusable content, an understanding of what good looks like, and a much better idea of the process and what the requirements mean. All of which prepares you to handle the next tender with more confidence.
Track record
Clients we work with regularly usually land on a shortlist or preferred-provider list, and we're always happy to talk you through the detail of "what happens next" means on a call.
Who we work with
Chasing government, NFT, resources and commercial contracts, across all industries including (but definitely not limited to!):
We only take on one client per tender. If you're bidding against a business we already represent for the same contract, we'll advise you we are conflicted.
If you've got a tender sitting in front of you and you're not quite sure where to start, that's a completely normal place to be. Book a call and we'll happily talk you through what it'll take and what it'll cost.
