Sue Findlay has written tender responses since 2003 and founded BidBuddy in 2013. Before that, she sat on government evaluation panels, scoring bids from the buyer's side — the vantage point that still shapes how she writes today. Over more than 20 years, she has helped Australian SMEs win local, state, and federal contracts, with clients achieving an 80%+ win rate.
