What if my tender closes very soon?
Tell us as early as you can. If it closes within three days we will flag it and confirm we have time before you go ahead. If it is tight, call us on 1300 851 978.
What do you need from me?
The tender documents and your draft: the RFT or request, the response template, and your response. We cannot evaluate a response without the request documents and the template as a minimum.
Is my bid confidential?
Yes. We use your documents only to review your bid, and we do not share them. We delete them when we are finished.
Can you guarantee we win?
No, and anyone who does is guessing. What we do is make sure you are not handing away points on gaps you could have closed. Around 80% of the businesses we help go on to win.
