A review is a service, and we keep refunds simple and generous.
Before we start
If you cancel before we have started your review, you receive a full refund.
Once we have started
If you change your mind after we have started, you still receive a full refund, no questions asked. Just email us and let us know.
If we cannot deliver
If we are unable to carry out the review you paid for, you receive a full refund.
Your consumer rights
This policy sits alongside the Australian Consumer Law, not instead of it. If a service is not delivered with due care and skill, or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy under that law.
