Terms of Service

Who we are

This service is provided by The Trustee for Bid Buddy Trust, trading as BidBuddy, ABN 41 324 343 271, based in Western Australia. You can reach us at hello@bidbuddy.com.au.

What you are buying

A human evaluation and review of your tender response by our team. There are two reviews. The Evaluator's Eye review is for a tender that is still open, read against the published criteria before you submit. The Tender Autopsy is a deeper read of a tender that has already closed, to show you where the response fell short of the requirements.

What the review is, and is not

We assess your response against the published criteria and the compliance requirements, and we give you findings and a prioritised list of fixes. It is a review, not a rewrite, and we do not write or submit the response for you. It is not a guarantee of any result. We do not predict whether you will win, and we do not judge how your bid compares to other bidders, because those things sit outside what we can see or control.

The fee

The price for the review you choose is shown at checkout and paid in full before we start. Payment is handled securely by Stripe. We will issue a tax invoice showing GST. If you wish to pay by EFT, contact us and we will issue you an invoice. Proof of payment is required prior to us commencing.

Turnaround and your part in it

We will confirm the turnaround for your review, and the Evaluator's Eye is built around your closing date. You are responsible for giving us the correct and complete documents, and enough time (minimum 3 days prior to closing) to do the work properly. You own your pricing and the decision to submit.

Our materials and yours

Our frameworks, checklists and methods stay ours. Your documents and your content stay yours, as does the report we provide you. We will delete your documents on completion of the task.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the law gives you a guarantee that cannot be excluded, it applies in full.

Our liability

To the extent the law allows, and without limiting the consumer rights above, our responsibility for a review is limited to doing it again or refunding what you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Western Australia.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in place when you paid is the one that applies to your review.
